What is Acro Yoga?


Acro Yoga is an acrobatic style of yoga founded on the West Coast of United States and people love it worldwide. In Acro Yoga, you can enjoy the great sensations of yoga, feel the human connection by interacting with each other, and foster mutual trust. The comfort and satisfaction you can get in Acro Yoga is something unique that can’t be experienced anywhere else.

Unlike normal yoga, Acro Yoga is done in a group of 2 people or more. There are 3 positions:

    • The Flyer(who flies)
    • The Base (who supports the person above), and
    • The Spotter (who assists).


We practice it together as a team! It is one of the most fun things you can possibly find to do with a partner. When you entrust your body to another person, it leads to a surprising amount of intimacy and trust.

This class is for beginners as we will start from the basic skills. Let’s just try it out and have fun! Having fun is the most important thing.

Note: Have a light meal at least 2 hours before


Due to the close proximity to people, we ask that all participants wear a mask throughout the class to prevent splashing. Please cooperate in hand washing and disinfection before class. In addition, alcohol gel will always be available.
