Learn to jump forward from down-dog and jump back to chaturanga from standing!
In this workshop, we will safely build the foundation and practice how to approach jumping forward from down-dog and jumping back from standing. We will begin with a flow using blocks that will open our hamstrings, hips and strengthen wrists, arms, shoulders, back and the entire core. Betia will answer any questions you may have and share the techniques that have helped her along her own journey.

All levels are welcome, but some experience is recommended.
