Modern day yoga is seen as an exercise, while in fact it is a lifestyle. Although there are countless physical benefits in yoga, we want to emphasize that that is just one part of it. In this workshop, we want to introduce a few cleansing techniques, breathing exercises and meditation. As we want yoga to be part of your daily routine, we are using the morning hours to practice yoga. On this month, we will focus on basic works so that everyone can apply it for their self-practice.
