Modern day yoga is seen as an exercise, while in fact it is a lifestyle. Although there are countless physical benefits in yoga, we want to emphasize that that is just one part of it. In this workshop, we want to introduce a few cleansing techniques, breathing exercises and meditation. As we want yoga to be part of your daily routine, we are using the morning hours to practice yoga.

9:45- Chai Tea and light breakfast (fruits)
