Backbends can be physically and emotionally challenging. They move in the opposite direction of our daily actions such as working on the computer, driving, cooking, and carrying your kids. These backbends can be very healing as we reverse the habitual movements. We will work on opening up our bodies in a safe and strong manner to energize and restore balance in our bodies and lives. Backbend beginners are also welcome!
