This workshop will teach you how to practice Chaturanga Dandasana with greater precision and comfort.”Chatur” means 4. “Anga” means limbs and “Danda” means stick. This pose will be the foundation for other armbalancing poses.We want to address the common bad habits and establish a proper strong foundation. You will learn the alignment and mechanics of Chaturanga Dandasana through proped variations and smart sequencing!
Preparatory poses and modifications will be introduced to accommodate to your body and level. We will aim to create a personalized in-depth understanding of this challenging pose and get you out of your habits!
