A lot of the stress you encounter comes from how you perceive events that go on in your life, not through the actual events themselves. By letting go, dropping the ego, relinquishing control, you will notice how your body and mind opens up allowing space for being rather than doing. By allowing your body to rest, you allow the body to heal. In this workshop, we will practice restorative yoga which helps reduce tiredness, anxiety and stress.
