Acro Yoga is an acrobatic style of yoga founded on the West Coast of the United States, and people love it worldwide. It’s a pair work yoga that involves more than two people and is different from the usual style of yoga for yourself.

You will enjoy the feeling of yoga, the connection, and develop trust among each other.
This acroyoga experience gives you the joy you never felt before.

Even with the first-timers, you will quickly become closer, and if you practice with your partner, family, or friends, it leads to a surprising amount of trust and fun together.

Unlike regular yoga, Acro Yoga is done in a group of 2 people or more. There are three positions:

  • The Flyer(who flies)

  • The Base (who supports the person above), and

The Spotter (who assists).

We practice it together as a team!

This class is for beginners as we will start with the basic skills.
Let’s try it out and have fun! Having fun is the most important thing.

Due to the close proximity to people, we ask that all participants wear a mask throughout the class to prevent splashing. Please cooperate in handwashing and disinfection before class. In addition, alcohol gel will always be available.
