In Collaboration with Tekigaisou Park in Suginami-ku
Tekigaisou, a historic building nestled in the quiet residential area of Ogikubo, was once the former residence of Fumimaro Konoe, a former prime minister who played a prominent role during the Meiji to Showa periods. This renowned venue also served as the backdrop for important political discussions known as the “Tekigaisou Conference.”
Now, the estate’s historic garden provides the perfect setting for an outdoor yoga session. Surrounded by nature’s beauty in every season, this peaceful experience offers a chance to harmonize your body while feeling the whispers of history. It’s a moment to unwind, refresh your mind, and reset your daily routine. Beginners are warmly welcomed to join.
