Join our team in the Alps of Japan at Hakuba for yoga, meditation, cooking class, massage, and quality family time on our weekend escape to Hakuba. This retreat is catered towards families! The retreat will be held in both English and Japanese.

PRACTICE both children and adults will enjoy quality yoga time. We will offer adult only yoga, kids only yoga and yoga throughout the retreat!

EAT nutritious, tasty meals everyday. We will also have a pizza making cooking class, taught by our Chef Mike!  

MEDITATE by walking, coloring and other not-so-traditional methods we’ve prepared. Meditation for kids and adults will become an easier concept to grasp and take home without changing your lifestyle.  

EXPLORE the beautiful nature and landscape with a variety of activities: nature walks, hot springs, and outdoor yoga. Unwind and enjoy! *Outdoor activities may be subject to change due to weather conditions.

Arrival: Ride 8:00 Azusa #5 from Shinjuku Station; arrive at Hakuba Station 11:45. Transportation from Hakuba Station will be provided
Departure: 15:16 Azusa #46 from Hakuba Station; arrive at Shinjuku Station 19:06. Transportation to Hakuba Station will be provided

Shinkansen to Nagano station. Ride a bus or rent a car from Nagano and make your way to Hakuba.

Come by car, parking available

Accommodation: Each family will receive their own room. Some rooms are bigger than others. If you prefer sharing a room with a family friend, please contact us at info@namiyogastudio.com.
