with Namita

In kids yoga, we will practice the three main parts of yoga:

Asanas (poses)

Pranayamas (breathing)

Dhyana (meditation)

We’ll incorporate games and activities while practicing the three main parts of yoga.

Our focus for this program is to not necessarily master the poses, but more importantly to help kids mature into mindful, open-hearted young humans.

This will not happen overnight. It may take years for some kids or even a lifetime. Therefore, we truly believe that the concepts we learn in yoga become a part of their lifestyle.
