Have you ever practiced familiar asanas in class without fully understanding their effects? In this workshop, we’ll take time to explore how to use the body mindfully and go through the key points of foundational asanas one by one.
In this session, we will focus on "asanas to enhance digestive health." By understanding the techniques and benefits, you can take your daily practice to the next level.
Whether you’re curious about specific asanas, wish to refine your alignment, want to integrate yoga more deeply into your daily life, or are a teacher seeking new ways to guide your students, this workshop offers a space to learn, experience, and explore the many dimensions of asana practice together.

No yoga experience or level is required. Anyone can participate.
