9:00–10:00
With Namita, Yumi, and Tsubaki
During Golden Week, we’re offering a limited series of children-friendly classes in response to requests from parents who may find it difficult to visit the studio.
If you’d like to spend time with your family while still nurturing your own mind and body, we warmly invite you to join us on the mat.
Please note that these are regular adult yoga classes (not parent-child yoga). Children are welcome to join the practice alongside you or spend time quietly next to you with books or silent toys (no electronic devices).
Children eligibility: Preschoolers and above
Elementary school children: Welcome to join the yoga class (free of charge)
Preschool children: May attend if they are able to remain quiet during the class. They can stay in a safe space within the studio, such as beside the guardian’s mat.
Middle school students and above: May join class using the student discount

Supervision: These are regular adult classes, and some participants may attend without children. We kindly ask for your consideration. Please note that we do not provide childcare services. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety at all times within the studio.
What to bring: To help your child stay comfortable and settled, you may bring books, coloring materials, or silent toys. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing electronic devices such as phones or tablets for video viewing.
Food & drinks: Food is not permitted inside the studio. Water in bottles with secure lids is welcome.
Cancellation policy: As with regular classes, cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before the start time. Late cancellations will incur a fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.
Consideration for others: If a child becomes disruptive (e.g., loud or running around), we may gently ask you to step outside the studio for a moment.
■ How to Book
Please reserve your spot via the schedule page on our website, as you would for a regular class. No reservation is required for children.
