Guided Yin Yoga Sessions
Experience the essence of Yin Yoga through thoughtfully guided practices. Each session is designed to target specific areas of the body, helping you explore physical stillness, deep release, and energetic balance. These immersive practices will give you a clear sense of what it feels like to truly embody the Yin approach.
Slideshow Lectures
Engage your mind while you relax your body. These visually supported lectures dive into the theoretical and anatomical foundations of Yin Yoga—all delivered in an engaging, accessible style that brings complex concepts to life. You’ll learn, reflect, and even enjoy a few laughs along the way.
Asana Lab
In this hands-on session, we shift into our analytical mindset to explore a wide range of Yin Yoga asanas in depth.
Trainees will:
-Learn multiple variations of each pose
-Explore prop options and modifications
-Practice adapting each posture to meet the unique needs of their own body
Each lab concludes with a Q&A discussion, offering space for curiosity, reflection, and real-time support. This is where theory becomes embodied practice—and where confidence to teach truly begins to grow.
