This summer, we have opened one class to be children friendly! Our hope is to create an environment that yogi parents can continue their regular practice during their children’s summer break! With or without children, all yogis are welcome to this class! Please check for further details below. Please don’t hesitate to email us with any questions you may have!

There are three simple rules to keep at heart

YOGA PRACTICE IS THE ULTIMATE GOAL

BE MINDFUL OF OTHERS

EVERYONE CAN PRACTICE

  • Adult yogis with children

  • Children, including babies

YOGA PRACTICE IS THE ULTIMATE GOAL

  • We will have a regular Slow Flow class catered towards adults.

  • Babies are welcome to join their parent(s)

  • Children are more than welcome to participate in the class or they can bring their own activity (coloring, books, etc) and hang out at the tea lounge.

BE MINDFUL OF OTHERS

  • Adult yogis without children

    • Please be welcoming and help us be inclusive and embrace the children who are the future of this world. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can share the love of yoga!

  • Yogis with babies

    • Please be mindful of the other yogis in class.

    • If the baby is crying, please care for your baby as needed.

    • Breast feeding can be done in the women’s changing room.

    • Diaper change can be done in the women’s restroom.

  • Yogis with children

    • Please be mindful of the other yogis in class.

    • Children are more than welcome to participate in class!

    • If the child(ren) decide to sit out, they may bring their own activity (coloring book, reading book, etc.)

    • If the child(ren) brings an iPad, please make sure to use a headphone so that it does not disturb the class.

    • If the children are running around or screaming, please note that we may ask you to be dismissed.

Namaste🙏🏼
See you all on the mat!
