Flow & Sound with Joah
In this weekly class we will move through strong, breath-led sequences that emphasize focus and creative transitions, offering options for playful challenges like inversions and balancing poses, while keeping the practice grounded and accessible.
After movement, the class shifts into guided meditation and deep rest, creating space for integration. Practices such as body scans and mindful awareness will invite the nervous system to settle. The journey concludes with a soothing sound bath, allowing stillness to resonate through the body and mind.

About Joah
Joah is a yoga teacher and artist based between Berlin and Tokyo. Discovering yoga ten years ago, he completed his YTT with Simon Park and has been practicing alongside Yoshio Hama, Jared McCann, Patrick Beach and Alex Perez. He believes that yoga is a powerful tool that can help us find balance in life and develop greater compassion towards ourselves and all living beings. His teaching style emphasizes the abundant internal resources we all possess for healing and growth as well as motivating us to become more creative individuals.
