Teaching style? Active and a bit challenging Hatha Yoga. In my classes I like to build sequence the way that students become more aware of their real abilities, limitations and mental borders, so then we can work towards balancing and mobilization of these areas in body and mind.

What poses do you always teach? Chaturanga dandasana, plank

Favorite pose? Pincha majurasana (forearm stand)

Least favorite pose? Hanumanasana (splits)

What do you always do when you ride the train? Watching outside the window or reading book

Most embarrassing yoga moment? Falling down from pincha to the teacher while he was trying to support me…
