Mentor? Lisa, Bhooma Chaitanya, Saho

Favorite prop? Yoga Block

Primary practice? Asana, Handstand

Teaching style? Mainly Hatha yoga and slow flow. The reason I like moving slowly so much is that I can feel in my body that with each breath and each move, I am gradually creating space in my body. I aim to guide the class so everyone can have fun and enjoy themselves regardless of age and level. I hope you discover something new in your body, breath, and mind. And you know which part of the body is working and feel the connection within.

What poses do you always teach? Down dog, Anjaneyasana

Favorite pose? JatharaParivartanasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana

Least favorite pose?  Backbend poses, Gomukhasana, I don’t like because of my tight shoulders.

Favorite Tokyo neighborhood? Ebisu

Favorite fruit? Strawberries

Favorite tunes for yoga? I don’t play music for my practice—relaxing music for the class.

What do you always do when you ride the train? eplying to messages, check my To-do list.

Most embarrassing yoga moment? I sweat so much more than average.I chose the light color yoga wear for the 3 hours workshop, and it showed all the sweat parts so visible. It was such an embarrassing moment!

Interests outside of yoga? Acro yoga! (it’s still part of Yoga…), going on a trip, eating & drinks, I love Karaoke.

Special talent? Fast typing

Hunter or gatherer? my action is Hunter-ish

What word do you always say or spell wrong? I am unaware of it;) Please let me know.

Anything else you want to add? FYoga keeps the balance of your mind and body. You are talking/listening to your body while practicing Asana. Let's fully merge with ourselves and enjoy the moment together.
