Teaching style? Based on Hatha yoga, the initial warming up in the class is to stretch firmly from the shoulders and back to the hip joints and legs involving breath awareness. Following standing poses are flowing movements with a strong foundation. In the relaxing toward the end, restorative poses allow your inner grace and peace to reveal itself using blocks or bolsters to prepare the body for ultimate Shavasana. Whole practice helps clear the mind and body and recharge energy in the end.
