If you want to feel confident In inverted asanas, this workshop will be interesting to you!

I personally think that Pincha (forearms stand) is easier and faster to achieve then handstand. It’s also safer than headstand because you need enough amount of arm, back, core strength to hold yourself and don’t put any pressure on your neck. So if you succeed with Pincha - your headstand will be much safer and stable.

At the workshop we will practice sequences which will prepare your body for stable inversions. I’ll explain main technique of Pincha, methods of working with it using the wall and ways to get there safely.

For those who have courage to try headstand we will work close to the wall learning how to train your body and mind to hold this challenging and beautiful balance!

See you on the mat!
