Teaching style? Slow Flow, Vinyasa. Enjoy the harmony of your body and your breath. Bring awareness and mindfulness to innerself and, at the same time, learn to keep balance between flexibility and strength for our physical body and our mind.  

What poses do you always teach? Wheel pose and Headstand

Favorite pose? Handstand 

Least favorite pose? Noose pose (Pasasana)

Favorite Tokyo neighborhood? Shimokitazawa

Favorite fruit? Apple and all kind of berries 

Favorite tunes for yoga? Soft house, Lofi , or Piano positive music (depend of my mood in that day)

What do you always do when you ride the train? Listening on my favorite playlist or Looking the outside view

Most embarrassing yoga moment? Kicked on my teacher face when practicing handstand

Interests outside of yoga? Café hopping, Media Marketing

Special talent? I guess Squat non stop over 100+times

What word do you always say or spell wrong? Consistency

Anything else you want to add?  “99% Practice, 1% Theory” as Guru Pattabhi Jois often said. I think this is so true not only for yoga but also for anything in our life.
